Как бы то ни было, но все факторы удачно сошлись в одной точке - и этой точкой стала фиксация цен на нефтепродукты на внутреннем рынке до конца текущего года.
У каждой из версий есть свои сторонники и, естественно, свои противники. Говорят, например, что предложенные меры на инфляцию почти не повлияют, что при таких мировых ценах на нефть никакой осенней стабилизации не будет, а предвыборную кампанию, в ходе или накануне которой принято раздавать популистские подарки, никто, собственно, не объявлял. Сторонники теории заговоров уверены в том, что, зафиксировав розничные цены на своих заправках, нефтяные монстры получат возможность переделить рынок, поскольку независимые торговцы, которым принадлежат три четверти российских АЗС, вынуждены будут покупать бензин у тех же монстров по совсем другим, оптовым ценам. И аккурат к новому году, оставшись без штанов, независимые "королевы бензоколонок" начнут подумывать о продаже своего бизнеса вертикально-интегрированным нефтяным компаниям.
Очень может быть, что, ограничившись сейчас квазиадминистративными мерами, сразу после истечения срока замораживания мы можем получить довольно резкий рост цен на бензин. И- что самое смешное- и тогда найдутся убедительно объясняющие его факторы: в начале года инфляции мы не боимся, а сезон стабилизации останется в прошлом.
